Tatavarti Anand is the Managing Director and Founder of Libraa, having established the firm in 2009. A Marine Engineer with over 50 years of technical experience in ship management, marine surveying, and vessel maintenance, he holds a Marine Engineering qualification certified under the Directorate General of Shipping. He oversees technical operations, engine-room management, and fleet engineering compliance across the group.

Capt. Kasilanka Raja Chandrasekhara Rao serves as General Manager, heading regional operations at the Kakinada office. He holds a Master Mariner (Foreign Going) Class 1 Certificate of Competency in Nautical Science, accredited by the Directorate General of Shipping under international STCW standards. Following 12 years as a deck officer navigating international trade routes, Capt. Rao spent nearly two decades in shore-side maritime administration, port captaincy, and vessel agency management.

Chandrasekhar Tatavarti serves as Chief Financial Officer at Libraa, bringing a diverse academic and professional background to the role. He holds three Master's degrees - an MBA in Shipping & Logistics, an MBA in Finance Management, and an MBA in Business Administration and Marketing - giving him a well-rounded foundation across operations, financial strategy, and people management.

Before joining Libraa, Chandrasekhar spent a decade in Australia, where he established and ran a business in the hospitality industry. This experience sharpened his skills in day-to-day operations, financial discipline, and managing competing priorities under real-world pressure.

He joined Libraa as CFO in 2022, where he continues to apply this cross-functional expertise to the company's financial and operational management.
